03 Data Retention & Archiving
We maintain records only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typically, physical documents are returned to the client upon completion of the service, while digital records are archived in secure, encrypted environments.
Standard retention for active residency files is 5 years from the date of final resolution, to assist with future renewals or citizenship applications, unless a deletion request is received.
