2. Scope of Services

Smart Move Paraguay provides administrative accompaniment and logistical support for foreign nationals seeking residency in Paraguay. This includes but is not limited to:

Smart Move Paraguay is an administrative services provider. We are NOT a law firm and we do not employ attorneys in a legal representative capacity for the purpose of providing legal advice.

The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any residency application, as final approval rests solely with the Paraguayan government authorities (Dirección Nacional de Migraciones).

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are detailed in the specific quote or service package selected. Unless otherwise stated:

A 50% deposit is required to initiate the document review and scheduling process.
Government fees (stamps, visas, application costs) are usually separate from our service fee.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, generally allowing for partial refunds only if services have not yet been rendered in-person.
